The JA B.O.L.D. Summit for Girls is a full-day leadership event where students engage in hands-on workshops and breakout sessions focused on soft skills, personal purpose, financial literacy, career readiness, and civic engagement. Participants hear from inspiring female leaders, gain practical tools for resume building, job hunting, and budgeting, and explore ways to take control of their future. The day concludes with open dialogue, group reflection, and an opportunity to celebrate their growth with mentors and peers.
